●九州鳥酒 とりぞの 六本木
六本木ヒルズの前、ちょっと細めの路地を入っていくとある九州居酒屋の「とりぞの 六本木店」。このお店、ランチは鍋の煮込みラーメンのようなメニューを出していたんですが火事でしばらくお店を出せない事態に。なんだかんだで復活して、ランチのラーメンも復活したらしい！という噂を聞きつけ、いってみることにしました。
入り口だけ見ると復活はしているようですが、ランチやっているかどうかはわからない……。勇気を出して扉を開けて「やってますか〜？」と確認。すると店主が出てきて席に通してくれました。この日はまだランチが復活したばかりで一つしか無かったようなのでそちらを注文。
●ランチメニュー
一つしか無かったので選びませんでしたが、煮込みラーメン。お値段もどこにもなかったですが、最後に支払ったときに1000円だったことがわかりました。
●煮込みラーメン
最初に来たのは、石焼き鍋にはいった鍋とコンロ。中に麺が入っているかと思いきや、中には麺が入っていませんでした。
火をつけてもらって煮込まれる鍋。石焼き鍋なので、火が通るまでは少し時間がかかりますが、すぐにグツグツと煮込まれていきます。鶏白湯のいい香りがしてきます。ある程度煮込まれてきたら店主登場。麺を投入してくれました。
このあと少し煮込むとこんなカンジに。
もう立派な煮込みラーメンです。火を消して頂きます（あついので。
麺は途中で入れたので柔らかくなりすぎず丁度いい硬さ。煮込みラーメンって結構麺は柔らかくなりがちですが、しっかり美味しい。鶏白湯スープの濃厚さとコクもすごい。スープを飲むと胃にしみるこの感覚。二日酔いにもぴったりかと思います。
そして驚くべきは具の多さ。最初の鍋を見て頂ければわかるとおり大量の野菜と、鶏肉がゴロゴロ入っています。正直麺無しでも十分なくらいのボリューム。榎などのきのこも入ってランチなのに、普通にお鍋＋締めのラーメンを食べているような感覚になります。今は暑い日が続いていますが、冬なんか最高なんじゃないかと思います。
●ごちそうさまでした
一度焼失してしまったにもかかわらず、ここまで復活してくるとはまさに不死鳥のようですね。しかも、以前にもましてパワーアップしたラーメン。他の味も時間とともに復活してくると思うので定期的に食べに行って応援したいなと思います。夜、お酒飲みに行ったこともあるんですが、店主のキャラが鶏白湯スープのようにとっても濃くて楽しい時間が過ごせると思うのでおすすめです。
