前々から気になっていたコチラのお店。
YouTubeで見つけたので、テンション高いオーナー兼料理人に会えると思ったら、そこにはワンオペで戦う真剣な表情のゾノがいた。店も結構広いので、ホント大変そうでした汗。
ご飯は炭火焼きの鶏肉と鳥刺身セットが美味しかったです♪
鳥刺しは新鮮なただの生肉なわけではなく、湯引きや低温調理かな、火を通してるものもあります。でも臭みが無くなってて良かったです。
フードのメニューはコロナで大変だから減らしたのかな？個人的にはもうちょっといろんな種類があったら良いなと思います。
ただ、ドリンクの焼酎メニューがとても豊富なので、焼酎好きにお勧めですね⭐︎
店内はメニューよりYouTubeの紹介が多くてウケました笑
