●えにし
六本木交差点の奥、新しくできた西麻布警察署の近くの路地に構える焼き鳥店「えにし」。所見でたどり着くのは結構苦労しました。細かい路地が多いのでどこにあるのかちょっとわかりにくかったです。
中は禁煙、ですが店先は喫煙OKなようで店先でタバコ吸っている方はたまに見かけました。中は落ち着いた雰囲気で、パッとみんなが想像するような焼き鳥屋さんの雰囲気。
●メニュー
色々ありますが、おつまみのアラカルトと、串の6本コースを選択。
●6本コース
何はともあれ、まずはビール！
こちらがないと先に進みません。そのあと、コースについてくる大根おろし、おつまみの季節の野菜揚げ浸し、砂肝の山椒煮を頼みます。
大根おろし玉子が美味しい！これだけでお酒呑める感じです。季節の野菜もタケノコでよかった！タケノコ好きなんです。
オクラ、みょうが、れんこん、かぼちゃなどの揚げ浸し。揚げ浸しってあんまり聞かないですが、野菜が柔らかくなっていてよく味が浸っていてこちらも美味しい。
こちらが砂肝の山椒煮。砂肝のコリコリとした食感と山椒の風味が合わさって美味しい。山椒の辛味は全然気になりませんでした。風味だけ山椒と行った感じ。こちらもおつまみにはピッタリ！
そしてここから串が続きます。
まずは”さび焼き”。ふっくら柔らかいささみの焼き鳥の上にワサビが載っています。これがほんとにふわふわでうまい。そとはフワッフワで中がちょっとレア状態。ささみなのに瑞々しくて美味しいです。
こちらはネギマ、なんですがししとうも入っているユニークな串です。こちらも瑞々しくて美味しい。
せせり。焼けたものから出てくるので常に一番美味しい状態で食べられるのが嬉しいですね。
こちらはつくね。中に軟骨の砕いたものが入っており、食感もぷちぷちと楽しめる一串。美味しいです。
ぎんなん。ほろ苦くて、若干甘さも感じます。落ちてる身はあんなに臭いのに中はこんなに美味しいなんて。
こちらは手羽先。流石に手を使わないとうまく食べられません。焼き立てなのでとっても熱い。気をつけてかぶりつきます。これもまたジューシーでとっても美味しい。
ここで一旦6本コースは終了。ここからはアラカルトで頼んだものになります。
しいたけ！あぶるとジューシーになって美味しいですよね！
にんにくの芽鶏皮。これが抜群に美味しい。前半にも頼んでおけばよかった！
そして、こちらが締めの月見そぼろ丼。結構ここまででお腹はいっぱいだったんですが、メニュー見ていたらどうしても食べたくなってしまって注文。これがまたいい匂いで食欲をそそります。甘めのそぼろはご飯にピッタリ。卵黄を潰して一緒に食べるとまろやかさがまして更に美味しい。新しい形の親子丼ではありますが、鶏そぼろのほうの親子丼もとってもうまい！！
●ごちそうさまでした
なんだかんだで、結構量を食べてしまいましたがどれも美味しく大変満足でした。ゆったりとした雰囲気で会話ができるいい雰囲気だったこともあり、誰かをお誘いして会食するにもいいお店だと思いました。実は最後の締め、月見そぼろ丼のほかに、トロットロの親子丼もあったようで、次はそっちを食べてみたい！
