月曜18時の予約で上司達と4人で訪問。
お店は地下にあるお洒落な感じのお店。
消毒し、店奥の広めの4人個室へ。
プレミアム飲み放題との事で、
先ずはプレミアムモルツで乾杯！
先付は、豆腐の塩麹漬け？とイカの塩辛。
まったりした食感の豆腐、小振りだが美味しい。
イカの塩辛は熱燗が欲しくなります。
即、熱燗に変更です！
次は3種の刺盛。
マグロ、赤貝とブリ？笑
どれも新鮮で美味しいですがこちらも小振り。
イカの塩辛とお刺身で熱燗が進む。
天ぷらは野菜も海老もサクッと揚がっています。
すき焼きは甘さ強めで煮た肉や野菜や豆腐を
溶いた卵でいただきます。
こちらは熱燗とチェイサー代わりの
プレモルでいただきます。
茶碗蒸しも普通に美味しいですね。
お寿司5貫はシャリが小振りで
こちらはちょうど良いですね。
デザートの杏仁豆腐も美味しいです。
天ぷら、すき焼き、寿司と
外国の方が食べたいと言われるものが
一挙に食べられるお店。
味も良いと思うので、
海外からのパートナーが来たら
