a1口から右見るとすぐ見つかりました。国産牛しゃぶしゃぶランチ食べ放題7500円。2時間制ラストオーダー30分前です
鍋に昆布が入っててしゃぶしゃぶ用のゴマダレとぽん酢、刻み葱ともみじおろし、先付2つ、黒ナプキンが用意されてます。スマホ使ったモバイルオーダー
先付はやや甘みある蟹味噌入り豆腐とスプラウト敷いたあん肝煮凝りの様な一品
最初に国産牛しゃぶしゃぶ8枚と白菜、長ねぎ、エノキダケ、しめじ、椎茸、スライス人参、マロニー、豆腐の野菜セットが提供されます。今回はちょっと測りつつでしゃぶ肉は茹で後114㌘。美味しい肉、あとでおかわり決定。野菜は茹で前で374,5㌘でした。最初に野菜はいいですが豆腐は一つでも
赤海老は4本or8本選べます。8本で身だけだと76,5㌘。海老は茹でると甘み増すんでいいんですが殻が面倒
天ぷらは9種類212,5㌘。ピンク塩で食べます。海老は15㌢位で衣多い。いかは20㌢位で柔らか
寿司は1貫から注文可。最初21貫注文して513,5㌘。1貫25㌘前後。大きさは100円寿司と同じ位です。いくらは粒大きく海苔風味強いです。うには久々うに味を感じました。うに自体7㌘以上あり貝やたこより多い。まぐろは初回少しトロ入ってます。タネは8㌘前後
その後は握り中心で。うにはその後30貫注文しましたが初回の味感じなくなりました･･･写真失念したけどぶりは脂乗ってました
デザートは日替わりで1回限り。本日はチョコレートプリン51,5㌘
〆の牛蒡麺37㌘は茹で時間3分で少し鍋汁を入れて食べるそう。なるほどゴボウ臭と塩味がかなり強い
よくあるしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題の上位互換。値段相応なのかもしれませんがちょっと寿司以外のメニューが少ない気もします。が、うには他に付いてなく手頃な大きさで癖なく集中して食べられました。牛しゃぶはもう少し注文してもよかった。スタッフの方はマメに片付けに来ます。お客が次々入って遅くなる時もありましたが、提供スピードも適度でした。
