年度末進行で色々と気忙しく、
肉体的精神的にぐったり…
ついでに花粉症でぐしゅぐしゅだし、
眼は真っ赤で目やにでガビガビ。
んもーっ！んもーっ！むきーっ‼︎
こーゆー時にはキノコだキノコ！
昼間っからキノコ鍋食べたるっ！
と夜中にベッドの中で突如思い立った。
本能的に身体がキノコを求めたのだ。
てなことで前から気になっていたシャングリラズ
シークレットへ。
こんな夜中のタイミングでも、
食べログから簡単に予約出来るのありがたいっ！
注文したのは

・ひとつトリュフ玉子ご飯に変更
◆追加でジャンボなめこ
めっちゃ女性率高い客層。
女性2人が1番多くてカップルがちょぼちょぼ。
おじさん2人のパターンは見かけなかった。
おまけに妙に内装ギラギラで。
昼から六本木感満喫しまくり（笑）
夜は同伴とかに良さそうだよね。
さて、ここの特徴はひとりひと鍋スタイルな事。
ひとつのお鍋を突き合うのもお鍋の良さだけど、
ひとり鍋の方が鍋奉行が必要ないから
ホント気を使わなくて良い。
自分のペースで食べ進められるって素敵。
鍋にぼこぼこ沸いてる黒スープは、
多分多種なキノコに漢方と鶏？を合わせたもの。
しっかりと味がついていてコレ自体かなり美味。沢山飲んでもガンガン追加してくれるので、
心置きなく飲もう。
キノコは鍋に入れて３分以上煮るのがポイント。
その方が旨みが引き出されるんだって。
沢山の種類のキノコと野菜。
肉はほんの少しだけ。
でも美味しいから全然物足りなくないの。
スープがどんどん美味しく育って来るのが
また良いのだよ〜
味変アイテムも沢山あって、飽きる事無し！
特にヤマブシタケが美味しかったな。
以降、スーパーで見かけたらたまに買ってる。
キノコたっぷり摂取、ヘルシーで罪悪感ゼロ。
湯気で蒸されお肌もしっとり。
カラダもあったまって、気分は前向き。
温泉効果に近いかも。
疲れちゃった時のキノコ鍋、オススメ出来るわ。
