クリスマス前の休日に予約して訪問。
きのこは大好きですが、きのこのしゃぶしゃぶとは珍しい。
店内は高級感あるシックな雰囲気。
今回はランチ人気No.1の「美楽黒湯（びらくへいたん）」コース 4950円を予約済み。
あまおう苺を「こんなに？」と突っ込みたくなるほどふんだんに使ったカクテルで乾杯。
秘伝のブラックスープが入ったお鍋は贅沢に一人一台。
具材は以下。
●きのこ8種盛り合わせ
●季節野菜
●中国豆腐４種
●宮崎県産 森林どり ムネ肉
●自慢のスープを練りこんだ自家製きのこ麺
ブラックスープはキノコのうま味たっぷりで、そのまま飲んでも美味しい。
具剤のキノコも珍しい種類ばかりで新鮮。
特に巨大なめこがぷりぷりで美味しかった！
野菜もたっぷりでヘルシー度MAXですが、2時間かけて食べ終わるとしっかり満足感。
最後にミニデザート。
この日は1名誕生日だったので、1名分は＋1000円でバースデイプレートにしてもらいました。
いつもと少し気分を変えたいときにおすすめしたいお店。
糖質制限中の人がいる食事会にも良さそう。
