六本木交差点の信号を渡った角のビルの
5Ｆにお店があります。
店内の個室に、水槽があり、
お魚を見ながら、料理を味わえる部屋や
窓際の個室は、夜景を楽しみながら
料理を味わえる部屋もあるんですよ。
料理は、旬鮮魚の豪華五点御造り、
中トロ鮪の御造り、
メニューには載ってませんが、
来店時のおすすめの料理
（鱧と旬彩の天ぷら、旬鮮魚のお寿司、
もずく、前菜）、
来店時のおすすめのデザート。
（抹茶の2層のプリン）
お酒は、生ビール、サワーなどの
飲み放題コース。
旬鮮魚の豪華五点御造りをいただきました。
マグロ、かんぱち、アジなどの御造り。
その日に仕入れているので、新鮮なんですよ。
お酒がすすみます。
御造りは、他に三点御造りもあります。
中トロ鮪の御造りをいただきました。
中トロ鮪が、口の中で甘みが広がります。
こちらもその日に仕入れているので、新鮮なんです。
これまた、お酒がとまりません（笑）。
他にサーモンの御造り、
カンパチの御造りもあります。
鱧と旬彩の天ぷらをいただきました。
新鮮な鱧、大葉、なすを
サクサクに揚げた天ぷら。
鱧は、新鮮かつ、淡白な旨味を味わえます。
旬な時期に鱧が食べられてうれしかったです。
やっぱりなんと言っても、旬な時期に旬なものを
食べるのがベストです。
＊鱧の旬は、年に2回あります。
1回目は、6月から7月にかけて、
2回目は、秋の終わりころです。
（こちらは、単品メニューにはありませんが、
コース料理のメニューに入ってます。）
旬鮮魚のお寿司をいただきました。
その日にとれた新鮮な魚を
ぶつ切にした海鮮お寿司。
さすが、その日限りのオススメ品で、
美味しかったです。
もずくをいただきました。
沖縄県産のもずく。
実は、もずくは、健康にいい食材の
一つなんですよ。
主栄養成分のフコダインは、
免疫力を高めると言われていて、
風邪の予防に効果が期待できるんですよ。
これもお店の方のその日限りのオススメ品。
最後にデザートを食べたくなったので、
お店の方のおすすめのデザートを注文。
そうしたら、その日限りの限定の
抹茶の2層のプリンがきました。
抹茶プリンとミルクプリンがマッチした
プリン好きにはたまらない逸品でした。
