【料理】
・特選黒毛和牛ハラミ 4800円
4枚。わさびと塩で食べる。ハラミだよね？って確認したくなるくらいジューシーで柔らかかった。ハラミ自体はその時々で変わるらしく、伺った日は近江牛のハラミは仕込み中という話でした。
・田村牛ランボソ 2800円
6枚。ランプ+細いお肉でランボソ。塩で食べる。赤身肉ながら程よく脂もあり、お肉を食べている感もあった。
・田村牛イチボ 2800円
6枚。脂の具合も良く、柔らかく、塩で食べるとお肉の味わいを楽しむことができた。
・田村牛のとろける炙りユッケ 2600円
炙った状態で来る。青ネギと卵黄付き。炙ってはあっても生感は残っていて柔らかく、濃すぎないタレとの相性も良かった。
・キムチの盛り合わせ 850円
白菜やきゅうりなどの盛り合わせ。焼肉の箸休めや冷麺と一緒に食べても良かった。
・究極の巻き寿司 2980円
甘海老の紹興酒漬けや田村牛など贅沢な巻物。一口で食べるのがおすすめ。一口で食べるとお肉や海老の味や食感の違いを楽しむことができた。メニューにはなかったか、スタッフの人に教えてもらいました。
・にくだらけ特製塩もつ煮 980円
ニンジンやこんにゃくのような野菜は入ってなくホルモンのみのモツ煮。ホルモンのみながら甘さもあり、柔らかくて食べやすかった。お酒が進む味だった。
・日本一冷麺 1350円
太めの麺とスープのシンプルな構成の冷麺。シンプルながら、つるっとした喉越しも良く食べ応えあった。
・スイートポテトのブリュレ 750円
バニラアイス付き。甘すぎないスイートポテトのブリュレとバニラアイスがよく合っていた。
