プレお誕生日を元気が出るようにとお友達に焼肉屋さんでお祝いしていただきました。
お得なお祝いコースで追加料金もかからず友達の負担もなく安心して十分なほどのお肉をいただきました。
まずはほうれん草ナムルと白菜キムチ。焼肉屋さんの定番ですね。とても食べやすい。肉だらけサラダは、新鮮なサクサクっとしたサラダにほんのりツーンとする癖になりそうなわさびベースのドレッシングがミックスされてます。
田村牛の塩炙りユッケは、Samurai九条ネギとユッケの上には力丸くんという卵(アンチエイジング効果も)ものっている。すごく弾力がある卵で栄養素たっぷりだそうです。
黒タンの盛り合わせは、たん下とたん元(ジュワッと甘みは噛むたびに出る。サクサクっとした歯ごたえ)の1種ずつ楽しめる。旨味と食感が良いバランスがいい場所をチョイスしたという。カリッと焦げ目がつくまで焼き上げて
無添加の塩だれがかかっている。2つの違った食感を味わえるお得感満載。大見牛特選ハラミは、厚切りでじっくり焼く。納品してから、枯らして普通のハラミより濃い味わい。
田村牛のシンシンは山椒とともに。山椒は佃煮のような味にピリッとした山椒感。牛のあまみがジュワッと噛むたびに出て、さらに山椒のアクセント！お口直しにソルロンタン。牛骨の出汁が効いてる。ホット
田村牛の亀甲のおろしポン酢は、おろしポン酢といただく赤みは柔らかくあっさり。田村牛のおろしだれは、大きな霜降り。あまみがあり、大根おろしがあるおかげで霜降りだけれど重たく感じない。大見牛のツラミは、ホルモンだけどほぼ赤みのような感じ
そのままでも、あっさりいきたいならレモンも！〆では冷麺とカレーが選べましたが、お腹がいっぱいだったので、冷麺をチョイス。あっさりしていて別腹でした。
記念日コースだとお肉のバラに花火のスペシャルプレートが出てきてとっても楽しかったです。美味しいお肉にサービス満点、家からも近いとってもコスパが良い焼肉屋さんでした。
