西麻布の【焼肉 にくだらけ】さん。西麻布の交差点からすぐ、通り沿いのビルの2階です。このエリアの個室にしては肩肘張らず、カジュアルな印象です。高速が見える半個室へ案内され、にくだらけおすすめコース8,800円をいただきました。
幻の和牛と呼ばれている田村牛、すべての和牛の生みの親と呼ばれている近江牛、世界自然遺産に登録されている場所で育った知床牛が堪能できる、お店のこだわりが詰まった黒毛和牛のタンとハラミを使用したコースだそうです。

・自家製無添加の生キムチ：シャキシャキの白菜
・季節のお野菜を使った自家製ナムル：アサツキと紅菜苔(コウサイタイ)のナムル。
・黒タンの盛り合わせ：タン下、タン中、タン先を、侍九条ネギと自家製無添加の塩ダレで。
・特選レバー：プルプルで新鮮なレバー。ごま薬味ネギが入ったごま油につけて。
・特選黒ハラミ：水分を飛ばし、より肉の旨みを感じられる "からし" という保存方法を採用。わさびと潮で。
・田村牛の肉寿司：生肉が食べられないため、肉寿司に変えてもらいました。タレ肉と白米が合う、美味しい……
・田村牛塩：柔らかいカメノコ
・本日の逸品は、知床牛アキレスのチリ酢。見た目は海鮮のクラゲのように透けてるけど独特な旨みもあり美味
・田村牛タレ2種：四角く切られ分厚く肉をしっかりと感じられるイチボと、柔らかく薄くスライスされたミスジ
・厳選ホルモン2種：知床牛のハツとせんまい。せんまいは、上の白い部分が厚いのがおいしいポイント。
・選べる〆は、田村牛の無水カレーor冷麺、普通盛りorハーフも選べます。欲張ってそれぞれハーフでいただきました（笑）
・本日のデザートはバニラアイス。
お肉以外に季節の食材を使用した逸品も並び、とても大満足なコースでした。
