Tamura Cow is an award-winning, top-rated Japanese black cow. Tajima Cow is the originator of branded Wagyu cattle and the root of all branded Wagyu cattle. Tamura Beef is the highest quality Wagyu cattle, all of which are black Japanese breed, and are ideally fattened from pure Tajima cattle and virgin females of the Tajima lineage. Tamura beef has won numerous awards, including the most awards in the female Wagyu category, and has been recognized for its taste and high quality. It is the first brand of beef I have ever come across. When I saw "Selected Yakimono - Tamura Beef [light sashi and meat without unpleasant weight -]" on the menu, I thought, "I want to eat this meat! and made a reservation at "[a:13188204, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Nemmu Dareru]". I only spend money on food and entertainment, but there are days when I think, "I eat too much meat - the fat stays in my body. The lighter the meat is, the more "luxurious" it really is. The restaurant opened in November 2015. There is a long aisle through the kitchen, and all the rooms by the windows are private rooms. We were guided to a private room on the far left side, where we were assigned to a female manager, Ms. Suzuki. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) I wondered if I could do without it. The menu was so extensive that I wondered if I could do without it. However, since we came here to eat Tamura beef, we had to order at least two dishes. Here is the Tamura beef menu that was available that day. Tamura beef rump 2,800 yen (a very popular lean beef) ・Tamura beef lamboso 2,800 yen (lamboso is a very rare and scarce part of Tamura beef, located around the buttocks) ・Tamura beef kurimi (a part of the udae, with a very good balance of lean and sinewy meat and tender) I looked for red meat and asked for lamboso (2,800 yen) and rump (2,800 yen). I asked Mr. Suzuki in charge, "What if I want to order one more dish? I asked Mr. Suzuki, the chef in charge of the restaurant, "What if I order another dish?" He replied, "I'm glad you did, because it looks like crimi and lamboso is my favorite part. The meat was quickly seared and grilled in the roaster and placed on a plate. He recommended eating the lamboso with salt and the rump with sauce. The meat was lean with just the right amount of tininess, and the fat melted slowly, making the high quality meat very flavorful. I realized that this is the best quality meat for adults, or rather middle-aged people, to eat and be gentle to the body. The meat I ate later had a little more fat and I was satisfied with the meat. That's enough meat for today. If I was going to eat meat, I was going to order the "Nikudareta Special Stewed Mots" for 980 yen. Students and young people need not know about Tamura beef yet. Limited quantity! There is the Ultimate Roll Sushi for 2980 yen, a nori roll with Tamura beef sirloin, Tamura beef seared yukke, large sweet shrimp marinated in rice wine, daikon and shiso leaves, the ingredients are gorgeous. The sweet shrimp was marinated in rice wine, which made it sweeter, and there was seared yukke, which I did not order this time. If I were to order a meat dish, I would have ordered the roll Sushi, but the sweet ingredients melted in my mouth, something you can't get at the Sushi restaurant. It was served with gari (pickled ginger) and wasabi (Japanese horseradish), and I had it with a generous amount of wasabi. I had the assorted kimchi for 850 yen, but I preferred the fresh kimchi with crispy Chinese cabbage for 850 yen. The Chinese cabbage has to be fresh, but the kimchi sauce to which it is added is superb. It is more spicy than kimchi and can be enjoyed as a salad. The spicy sauce still lingered in my mouth, so I decided to have the egg soup instead of the black wagyu beef rib soup for 850 yen. Rice was served in a nori roll, so I asked for Japan's best Cold Noodles 1350 yen. The soup was gentle and full of eggs, the Cold Noodles soup was Japanese style and the noodles were smooth and tasty. They served it with vinegar, but if you put it in, it becomes something else, so I would recommend drinking the soup completely without it if possible. Kelp? It has a nice broth. The only toppings are green onions, but you can tell that they are competing only with noodles and soup. For dessert, there was also pudding, but I opted for the sweet potato brûlée for 750 yen. It was an elaborate dessert with Yaki-imo the surface of the brûlée and Ice cream served on the side. It was quite a tummy-filling dessert and the delicious sweet potatoes made me full.
