ある人から「楽観がおすすめです」と言われ初訪問しました。西麻布の交差点から歩いて4分、日比谷線六本木駅の広尾側出口からも歩いて4分、大江戸線六本木駅だと10分ほど歩きます。カギ型路地の角にあります
お店は照明がラーメン屋っぽくない落ち着いた雰囲気、西麻布だなぁ～
琥珀(醤油ラーメン)、味付け玉子、メンマ、玉ねぎ、ミニネギ鰹丼の食券を購入。電子マネー払いが出来るのでPaypayで決済しました
店内は開業して14年目ですが、空気感から無化調ですね
琥珀は、ほんのり甘さを感じるスープ、コクのある醤油が広がります。繊細な出汁の味わいに唸ります。ストレート細麺は歯切れの良い食感と小麦の香り。味付け玉子は出汁の味がしみてます。メンマはほんのり甘みのある味付け。玉ねぎのさっぱり感とシャキシャキ食感
ミニネギ鰹丼は単体でも美味しいですが、スープも投入して繊細な雑炊
後味の良さがとても良いですね。また、来ます。ごちそうさまでした
