桜が咲き始めたスペイン坂のふもとにある一軒家風の雰囲気のある焼き鳥屋さんです。
この辺りは桜が本当に綺麗なので、満開が待ち遠しい季節です。
カウンターが好きですが、この日は5人で個室を利用させて頂きました。
注文したのは松コース 6,500円(税込)です。
結構ボリュームのあるコースで、お酒を飲んでも1万円程で大満足でした。
【前菜】
旬彩4種
・菜の花の辛子和え
・聖護院大根と薄揚げの旨煮
・自家製鶏ハム コチュジャンソース
・雲子 ぽん酢ジュレ
→これが結構本格的です。
焼き鳥以外も美味しいのはポイント高いです。
【サラダ】

→1番好きな部位です。
引き締まったお肉がジューシーです。
・丸はつ
→ かみ応えがあり、プリプリの食感です。丸のまま焼き上げるには下処理が大変と聞きますが、まるで臭みもありません。
・ふりそで
→柚子胡椒がとても合います。
野菜串2本
・トマト
・銀杏

・手羽先
チーズ焼き1種
→ カマンベールチーズの稲荷焼きでした。
チーズとお醤油が合います。

鴨ロースのみぞれ和えでした。
これがジューシーでとても美味しいかったです。

鳥幸名物、八ヶ岳卵の親子丼
→鳥の歯応えと、濃厚な卵が最高でした。

予約も取りやすく、価格も抑えられていながら、美味しい焼き鳥が食べられるかなり使い勝手が良いお店です。
夜はコースのみとのことですが、本数の少ないコースもありました。
また利用させて頂きます。
