平日ランチです。
この日は虎ノ門界隈でお仕事でした。
午前中の仕事終わらせて、六本木1丁目に向かう途中で、
アークヒルズに立ち寄りランチです。
訪問してみたのはこちらのお店です。
アークヒルズの中ではなく、外周の南西側の外側に立地しています。
訪問時間12:00、この日は3名での訪問。
この時間だとお客さんはまばらです。
奥のテーブル席に案内いただきました。
お願いしたのは焼鳥重並1,500円。
ご飯は大盛も無料みたいですが、普通サイズでお願いします。
8分ほどで料理が提供です。
焼鳥が乗ったお重、サラダ、小鉢（ひじき）、お新香、鶏スープの構成。
焼鳥重ですが、
つくね、モモ、ムネ肉、ふりそでの焼き鳥が各々串1本分。
傍らにナス、しし唐、エリンギ、ネギ、プチトマトが乗ってます。
サラダのドレッシングは柚子、なかなかおいしいドレッシングでした
ひじきも臭み少なく、食感がよく、食べやすいひじきでしたよ
焼鳥ですが、いずれも絶品の味わい。
いずれもお肉は柔らかくしっとりと仕上げられてます
モモ肉はジューシーで脂の甘みがなんとも言えません。
ムネ肉はポソット感一切なし。
ふりそでですが、食べるのは初めてかもしれません。
見た目は旨と似ているのですが、口に入れてみるととてもジューシー。
何となくぼんじりの味わいににてるかなあ。
旨みがすごい！
つくねは軟骨入りのつくね、なかなか食感良し。
白米がちょっと柔らかかったのが残念ですが、
白米そのものの味わいはとてもおいしかったです。
絶品焼鳥を味わうことのできたランチでした。
アークヒルズには数多くのお店がありますが、こちらを選択してみて正解！
