食べログ2023年イタリアンTOKYO百名店
既に行かれた事ある方も多いと思いますが、
ご存知六本木ヒルズC棟3階に店を構えるイタリアンレストラン。
存在は勿論認識しつつ、割といつでも予約取れるのでかえって行けてませんでした。
カウンターとテーブルで2面に分かれているのですが、テーブル席は「我ら港区です！」と言わんばかりの煌びやかな女性が多いので、かっぺの私はちょっと萎縮して泣いちゃいました。
モンクレールのダウンがいくつハンガーに掛かってるか数えるのが楽しかった。
直前の予約だからか安めのコースだからか我々はカウンターです。
冬はゲストが出入りする度に冷たい風が入ってくるのでちょっとつらいですが、なんとなくこっちの方がざっくばらんな雰囲気な気がします。
ランチは週末でも安いもので税込4,500円。
前菜、スペシャリテ、パスタ、メイン、デザートに飲み物まで付いて4,500円ですよ。
しかもサービス料無し。
スタッフの数も結構多いし、ランチで皆がこの価格だとさすがに儲け出ないんじゃないのと変にいたたまれなくなってワインもグラスで2杯だけ頼んどきました。
ディナーはサービス料も付いて単価上がるとは言えコースのMAXは12,800円だし、そんな毎日満席でもないだろうし...。
値段が値段なのでとやかくは言えないだろうなと思ってましたが、料理もちゃんと全部美味しい。
ソースもあまり登場せず、色々こねくりまわさない素材重視のシンプルな調味ながら、パスタの茹で加減だったり肉や魚の火入れだったり、基本的な部分がちゃんと高いレベルで徹底されてる気がします。
スペシャリテを謳うトリュフと卵のオーブン焼きも、これ誰が作ってもそこそこ同じ感じになるんちゃうのと思ってましたが、洗練されている。
リピーター率9割っていうのも頷けるな。
相手にわざわざ予算のお伺いを立てるのも不要な価格設定で、安定的に美味しくて、中弛みしない絶妙な提供スピード。
地方からグルメ旅でわざわざ選ぶかどうかはさておき、都民が六本木でメシを食うなら先ず候補に入れておいて間違いのないレストラン。
