「六本木ヒルズ」にある人気のイタリアンレストランになります。
「六本木ヒルズ」は魔性の塔ですよね。
色々な人と企業の栄枯盛衰がリアルタイムで垣間見え、現代の「平家物語」を地で行くスポットです。
場所柄もあるのでしょうが、良い意味でも、悪い意味でも勢いのある人が集まる場所なんでしょうね。
「la Brianza」さんは、「六本木ヒルズ」のレジデンス棟にあります。少し建物古くなって来てますが、最近のマンションの高騰ぶりからすると、恐ろしい値段になっているんでしょうね。
黒色のモダンな扉を開けて入店します。
意外とこじんまりとした店内ですが、天井高もあり開放感があります。
親切なスタッフの方に誘導されて、席に着きます。
対応も含めて、凄く居心地の良さを感じます。
メニューを見てコース(7800円税込)をオーダーします。
以下、順番に。
□ 平目のカルパッチョ
あっさりとした平目のカルパッチョ。
食べやすくて、チーズも含め、お酒と合う導入です。
□ トリュフと卵のオーブン焼き
トリュフのたっぷりかかったスペシャリテ。
半熟卵をグジュグジュしながら頂きました。
□ 和牛のボロネーゼ
和牛の挽肉が美味しいボロネーゼ。
食べやすいパスタでした。
□ 特選和牛のウチモモ肉の炭火焼き
炭火で焼かれた赤身間の強いステーキ。
赤身感強くて、しっかりしたステーキでした。
□ ティラミス
チーズ感の強いティラミス。
スタンダードで美味しいティラミス。
総評です。
スタッフの方の距離感が良くて、まずは第一印象です。
スタッフの方の接客がプロだなと思ったのが、第一印象でした。
お料理も安定感があって、どれが突出して美味しいと言うことはないですが、どれもレベルが高く、まとまっています。
スペシャリティのトリュフも含めて、食べやすく、美味しいイタリアンです。
どのシーンでも活用がしやすいので、本当に良いお店だと思います。
お支払いは、クレジットカードで済ませました。
領収書は、インボイス対応済みです。
なお、サービス料が10%かかりますが、場所柄も含めて、全体的なお値段は満足です。
