所用があって六本木に居ました。
用事も済み、夕飯をという事で、通り
掛かったお蕎麦屋さんに入ってみました。
純和風を意識した設えが意味するものは
なるほど、インバウンドね。
半数以上のお客さんは海外からでしたよ。
若い仲居さんがてきぱきとホールを
切り盛りされていましたよ。
季節の天せいろと生ビールをオーダーです。
一番搾りでしたか、冷えてて旨い(^O^)
程なく天せいろが提供、早速頂きました。
松茸天、海老天、舞茸天、野菜天２種？
ネタも美味しいのですが、揚げたての
衣自体がかなり美味しい。良い油で揚げ
てることが容易に想像できますよ。
揚げたてで香ばしい天ぷらはなかなか
の物でしたね(^^♪
ドリンクメニューに、「俺のおしながき」
とありましたから、一世を風靡した
俺の系列のお店なのかもですね？
そば湯まで中々旨くて唸りました(^^)
