【２０１９年５月３１日 初訪問】
２０１７年１１月にこの直営店とテイスティングが出来るティーバーがオープン
六本木ヒルズの真ん前に位置しており、近くの中国飯店には数え切れないくらい訪問しているのに
地下通路を通って行っているので、このお店の存在に気が付きませんでした。
３日間かけて抽出し、ボトルに入ったお茶は
緑茶、ほうじ茶、ジャスミンティー、ウーロン茶と数種類あります。
京都の宇治茶は伊勢志摩サミットでも提供されて、それ以来
JALのファーストクラスや、高級飲食店でも利用されるようになりました。
日本料理だけでなく、フレンチやイタリアンでも提供されるお店が増えております。
これなら、お酒がダメな方にも喜んでいただけることでしょう。
ボトルに入ったお茶をワイングラスで飲む新たしい文化の創造です。
伊勢志摩サミットが料理会で画期的だったのは、初めて日本のお茶、お酒、食事を
世界各国の要人に振る舞ったことだそうです。
これまでは、フレンチにワインとか・・・
今回ティーバーに訪問して、すでに飲んだことがあるお茶以外を試飲しました。
チャージが５４０円かかります。場所代とちょっとしたお菓子代。
京都の宇治茶 ボトルでは5,500円
中国のジャスミンティHANAはボトルで5,000円
インドのダージリンティはボトルで5,000円
試飲はワイングラスで提供されるのですが、一杯約800円〜900円
京都の宇治茶は香りと味が自分好みではありませんでした。
緑茶の炒香の方が好きな香りと味です。
ちょっと高級なラウンジに来ているようですね。
静かですし、一休みにはいいかもしれません。
自宅で利用するには勿体なく、贈答品として利用したいと思います。
