西麻布の閑静な住宅街にある個室3室のみの隠れ家的なしゃぶしゃぶのお店。
お客様同士が会うこともない造りとあり、芸能人などもお忍びで利用されるそうです。
今回は友人と。
黒基調でとてもシックな個室は広々としています。
しゃぶしゃぶに馬刺しが付いたコースにしました。
シャンパーニュでスタート。
最初に糖度15度もあるというトマトのジュースは感動の甘さ。
そして熊本県産の馬刺しの盛り合わせ。
馬刺し好きには堪らない豪華盛り。
ここまででも既に満足度はMaxに近いのですが、次はいよいよメインのしゃぶしゃぶです。
お肉は黒毛和牛 タン 、宮崎牛 ランプ 、神戸牛 ミスジ 、宮崎牛 フィレ の4種類。
タレは自家製ダレが3種。
お肉を堪能した後は〆の五島手延べうどん。
デザートは目の前で作ってくださる液体窒素のアイスクリームのパフォーマンスも。
出汁、お肉（厳選和牛）、たれ、薬味など全ての素材にこだわった究極のしゃぶしゃぶ。
もちろんサービスも至れり尽くせりでした。
