大阪時代はビリヤニばっかり食べていたビリヤニストの私ですが、
東京都内ではなかなか「ここ！」というお店がなく、
スパイス不足に陥ることもあるのですが、
珍しく六本木界隈にて大使館にビザを取りに行く予定があり、ふらりと入ったら大正解。
結果、2日連続で食べにいってしまいました。
お店の見た目は、近隣のイスラム系大使館の方々が入りやすい
「ハラールフード認証店」で海外っぽい＆なぜかとてもゴージャス！
タイ料理とインド料理が楽しめるようですが、
食べたのは
１、初日
★マトンビリヤニ サラダ、アイスチャイ 1000円
２、2日目
チキンビリヤニ、サラダ、ラッシー 1000円
六本木1丁目の立地で、この量食べられるのはお得！
（ビリヤニはチキン、ラム、ベジタブルの３種類から選べます。）
どちらも美味しかったのですが特筆すべきは、「マトンビリヤニ」
インドやパキスタンで有名なスパイス炊き込みご飯は、
都内では珍しくラムのもも肉（店主いわく、うちはスペシャル！）を使い、
スプーンで骨から肉がはがせるくらいホロホロに煮込んでいるのに、
ぷるぷるで濃厚なお肉の味わい。米はスパイシーでさっぱり、
ライダ（ヨーグルトソース）も抜群にうまい
女子1名で昼からマトンニハリもビリヤニも楽しめるお店って少ないと思うので、
「スパイス充したい！！！」と思ったらいつでも駆け込みたい（ちとうちからは遠いけど）
チキンビリヤニのほうは、タンドリーチキンを使っているので濃厚！
常連らしきランチタイムの他のお客さんもビリヤニばっかり頼んでいるようでした。
オーナーいわく、週３・４くる家族もいるとのこと。
次回はラム肉ニハリに挑戦したい★
