2018/9/XX (Lunch)
飯倉片町の交差点からすぐ、「キャンティ」の並びに有りました。
これまで、何回か、お店の前を通っていたはずですが、気付きませんでした。
11:50に入店すると、先客は2組。その後も、お店が満席になることはありませんでした。
店内は、アジアンテイストというよりは、東欧っぽい内装です。
白を基調として、椅子はゴールド色という斬新さです。
とても清潔感があって、落着いた雰囲気です。
此方の店は、インド料理とタイ料理のメニューが揃っているのですが、インド料理の看板メニューと思しきビリヤニを選択しました。
■マトンビリヤニ＠1,000円（税込）
※サラダ、ドリンク付き
※ビリヤニは、マトンの他に、チキン、野菜を選択可
最初に、サラダの提供。
ブロッコリや飾り切りの人参も入っていて、割としっかりしたサラダ。
ドレッシングは、人参ベースのフルーティーなものでした。
オーダーから5分強で、ビリヤニの提供。
ビリヤニが不恰好なのは、中に骨付きマトンが入っているため。
ライタが付きます。
まず、ビリヤニに埋もれていたマトンを切り分けます。
かなり、大きな塊で、マトン肉もたっぷりで、ボリュームがあります。
マトン自体には、味付けがされていますが、個人的にはもう少し味付けが濃くてもいいかなという感想。
ビリヤニ自体も少し淡白で、クミンやカルダモン等の風味が弱く、スパイス感にやや乏しい感じがしました。
辛さは、丁度良かったですし、ライタを混ぜて頂くと、旨味がアップします。
トータル的には、バランスの良いビリヤニで、マトンがたっぷりだったので、満足感はありました。
最後に、冷たいラッシーを頂き、ランチ終了です。
接客は丁寧でした。
次回は、タイ料理の方も試してみたいですね。
