「オーガニックトーキョー」
イニシャルは「OT」。
2018年4月11日にオープンしたインド料理とタイ料理のお店です。
都内にもネパール人による複合アジアン居酒屋はたくさんありますが、こちらはちょっと違った感じ。
インド料理はインド人が、タイ料理はタイ人が作るレストランスタイル。
ハラール&ヴィーガンにも対応しています。
この日はディナー開始まもなくしての17時30分に訪問。
金色の椅子がなんとも六本木らしいですね。
店員さんがいない？と思ったら奥にいて、声がけしたら出てきてくれましたよ。
★チキンビリヤニ¥1500
おっと、これまたキャッチーな、六本木っぽいビジュアル。
まるでお餅・・・
バスマティ米使用、よくあるフライドライス式簡易ビリヤニではなく、ちゃんと作っているようですね。
ライスは少々パサつき感がありました。
まとめて作ったのに再び火を通したのでしょう。
香りも、しっとり感も、作りたてだと違っていたのでしょうね。
こればかりはタイミングかしら。
一回では判断できません。
しかし、ハラール対応のインド料理、六本木に増えましたね。
それだけ需要があるということなのでしょう。
けれど、そういった客に向けてという意味では、クレジットカード非対応はちょっと痛いかもですね。
