I occasionally pass by this area for work, so I went to this restaurant that I had been curious about. At the moment, Tabelog rating is not high, but I feel that it is too low for its quality. It is next to the famous bakery "Maison Landemaine Azabudai". ・"Maison Landemaine Azabudai (MAISONLANDEMAINE)" (Roppongi, Azabu-Juban) ☆ Rich croissants and canelés I went in thinking it was curry, but they also have biryani. It's my first time, so I ordered a basic curry. After ordering, I realized that I had been having curry for lunch every week. I was too busy to bother making lunch Bento (boxed lunch), so I had been having keema curry with lots of vegetables every day. I was shocked that I had chosen a curry restaurant again when eating out. I pulled myself together and waited for the vegetable curry. There were two foreign women of Western European descent inside the restaurant. When I entered, I couldn't see the staff, so I walked to the back and called out to the kitchen. They said I could sit wherever I wanted, so I just sat down. The salad and lassi came first. Lassi is good after a meal. But then, the male customer who came later was served last. (However, it is possible that the waiter simply forgot.) The curry and naan arrived... "It's huge!!!" It was overflowing from the plate, with the tip touching the table. Isn't it big compared to the amount of curry? And the curry was not very moist, a bit like Simmered dish. I'm not criticizing it, but if it was more moist, the naan would absorb it, but since it was less moist, isn't there too little curry? In conclusion, I ate it all, so there was no need to worry. I was careful about the balance between curry and naan, and I was able to eat it well lol Maybe the naan is delicious. By the way, one of the foreign women next to me said in English, "Wrap it in aluminum foil. I'll take it home," and the waiter put the aluminum foil in a plastic bag and brought it over. "We don't need plastic (we guess)," she said, holding only the aluminum foil in one hand, and both of us grabbed our own bottles as we briskly left the restaurant. This incident made me wonder if Europe is very environmentally conscious. I was thinking to myself that if I was going to leave anything, I should use the aluminum foil (sorry, but I'll also use a plastic bag), but since we had finished everything, there was no need for that. However, I was so full that I couldn't eat dinner that day. I would like to try biryani, etc. I think I will return if I'm in the area again. This area is not close to any stations, but there are many delicious restaurants and the food is of a high standard. Thank you for the meal.
