六本木一丁目のアーク森ビル3階にあるデリカテッセン。
2018年3月28日オープンの新店。
平日のディナーで訪問。
仕事が遅くなった日のタイミングで寄ってみた。
弁当のテイクアウトがメイン。
イートインスペースのカウンターに10席ある。
野菜が豊富に盛り込んだメニューが多く、ヘルシー感があって夜に軽く食べるのにちょうどいい。
弁当は閉店時間が近くなると段階的に値引きがされるようだ。

入口付近の電子レンジで温められる。
■チキン竜田揚げ（あら塩ソース）
カラッと揚がって油っぽくない。
塩気は濃いめなので米と合う。
■たまごサラダ
■トマト
■キヌアとビーンズのサラダ
■ひよこ豆、黒豆、えんどう豆
■赤米
■ぴり辛きゅうり
ほぼ辛くないので浅漬けに近い。
量は少なすぎるわけではなく、適度。
ヘルシーを謳う「クリスプ サラダ ワークス アークヒルズ店」とコンセプトがかぶるので、値段とスピードで勝負だろうか。
