■強肴 ふぐ最高、日本酒が進む。
■造り 鰹かと思ったら、カンパチの藁焼き。藁の香りと上品な食感と油が美味しい。
■八寸 色々あって、楽しく、美味しい。
■旬 香箱蟹、熱々のあんかけをかけて、美味しくいただきました。少量のご飯もいい感じ。
■焼き物のどぐろ、大根も味が染みて美味しい。カラスミの塩味もいい調味料。
■煮物 ふぐと野菜、弾力のあるふぐが美味しい。すっきりと汁があっさりさっぱりで◯。
■食事 魚とのりと菜の花が最高のマッチング、釜炊きでうま過ぎる。
■甘味 アイスにフルーツゼリーがけ。美味しい。
■和菓子フルーツもなか。重くなく、最高。
