若い友人たちと打ち合わせを兼ねた食事。
場所が六本木だったのでお店をお願いしたらこちらでした。
私自身は「ユッチャン」のことを露ほども知らず、
半信半疑で向かったのだがこれが大間違いで美味かった。
時間通りにお店に向かうと佇まいはどこかで見た感じだが思い出せない。
気にせず中に入ると個室をとってくれていた。
注文もすべてお任せでしたが、乾杯の後、ナムル、合法ユッケが登場。
お、なかなかイケます、美味い。
サラダ、えごまの葉のキムチ、センマイ刺し、レバー焼登場。
全て味が良かったので美味いのかも！と思い始め・・・・
上タン塩を見て確信。これは美味いに違いない！
大振りにカットした牛タンを少しだけ塩だれで揉んだもの。
写真で見てもわかりますが、美味くないわけないでしょ。
赤身のハラミ・イチボ・カルビ・ヒレもナイスな切り付け。
カットだけ見ても肉のことはよくわかってる。
こちらはもともとハワイのお店で所謂「逆輸入」で
アメリカで有名になって日本に出店した。
カットして甘辛く味付けした骨付きカルビと冷麵が有名。
冷麵はスープを凍らせてシャリシャリにした中に麺が浮かんでます。
常夏のハワイだったらもっと美味いでしょうね。
肉の枚数とか麺の量とかいろいろカスタマイズできるようで
かなり使い勝手がいいお店です。
焼肉はあまり持ち駒がなく決まった何軒かで満足しておりましたが
こんなに満足できるならまたきたいです。
