六本木に相方と用事があり、ホノルル本店を懐かしんでこちらに行ってみることに。前日にネット予約。現地到着13:00前だが、待ち客も。名前を告げて奥の4人がけテーブル席に案内される。ユッチャン焼肉ランチ（＠￥2,800）を予約時にオーダーしていたが、肉の量（120g）と麺（葛冷麺）を選択。電車だったのでビールも。本店の雰囲気（ファミリーレストラン調）とは全く異なり、ちょっと高級な焼肉店風の店内。スタッフも多い。客は土地柄か、オサレな若い層も多い。
すぐにパンチャン（蒟蒻、唐辛子、肉）、サラダ、続いてビール、スープが配膳。パンチャンは甘辛い味付けでご飯が進みそう。そして肉とご飯も配膳され準備万端。肉は焼肉店のランチによくある盛り合わせで、塩とタレをひとつづつ選んだが、質や部位、大きさもバラバラ。タン、ロース、赤身などが混在している。120グラムとは言え、昼食にはそこそこな量。焼肉として十分おいしい。ご飯が足りなくなる頃に冷麺配膳。ミニサイズかと思ったが、フルサイズ。女子スタッフにテーブルで麺をハサミで切ってもらう。好みでテーブルにある酢やカラシを入れる。この日のような暑い日に、半分凍ったシャーベット状の出汁が心地よい。麺は細い。食べきるともうお腹いっぱいの満足感。
円安、アメリカでのインフレで、もしかするとホノルル本店で食べるよりも安いのではないか、と考えるとコスパもいいのかも。焼肉、冷麺、ビールって夏のランチ最強だな。満足しました。ご馳走様でした。
