そろそろ寒くなってきて鍋の季節ってことで六本木駅５番出口目の前のここへＧＯ
この中国火鍋専門店は都内に何店舗かあるけど六本木店は去年６月にオープンしたみたい
前菜と火鍋が楽しめるベーシックな小肥羊コースを予約して伺いましたぁ
お店は２階にあって個室からは六本木交差点も見えたりするんです
まずはビールで乾杯 １１月１日から始まったＧＯＴＯビール半額キャンペーンでこのヒューガルデン・ホワイト生も半額の３００円
オレンジピールとコリアンダーシードの清涼感と華やかでスッキリしたフレーバーいいね
コースの前菜で付いてた干し豆腐の香菜（パクチー）を食べながらゴクリ
火鍋は麻辣（マーラー）スープと白湯（パイタン）スープと２種類で
世界に数名しかいない鍋師が作る門外不出・秘伝のレシピで作ったスープはいい香り
スープの仕上げに数十種類の漢方食材を使っているから血行促進や美肌効果などいいとこだらけだよねー
ラム肉と鶏もも肉がてんこ盛り
ラム肉は良質なタンパク質やミネラルにビタミンが豊富で脂肪も吸収されにくい素晴らしい食材だもんね
まずはお肉を先に投入するんです
グツグツ煮立ったスープには大蒜や龍眼や棗に枸杞の実など漢方食材が入ってるね
野菜も彩り豊かにたっぷりと
白菜・ほうれん草・紅芯大根・長いも・赤ピーマン・南瓜・木耳・舞茸・ブラウンエノキ・木綿豆腐まで
全部投入したら後はフーフーしながらマイルドで飽きのこない白濁スープと唐辛子たっぷりでコクのある辛味スープを交互に堪能しました
〆には麺をチョイス
雑炊や白飯も選べるけど薬膳エキスを最後まで堪能したくて麺＆スープにして正解
デザート
濃厚なマンゴープリンの甘みが心地よいね
体が温まって適度に発汗・まさに医食同源な火鍋はこれからの季節に食べたいね
