いわゆる六本木の交差点、昔でいうアマンド前からすぐ近く。
取引先さんと一緒なので、たぶん10年は行ってない六本木へです。
オープンしたてのしゃぶしゃぶ屋さん。
オール個室です。
さすが六本木。
豚しゃぶがメインですが薬膳の火鍋がおすすめとのことでそっちにしました。
コースもありますが単品でオーダー。
2種類のスープと色味がきれいな野菜。
辛いスープのほうには唐辛子がかなり浮いてます。。。。
野菜はなんか見たことないきのこ類。
お肉は羊が豚かが選べます。
この日は豚肉。
薄く小口切りにされた白ネギと一緒に食べるスタイル。
まずは辛くないほうの烏骨鶏のスープで豚肉１枚。
薄い豚肉ですが味はしっかり。
それにも増してこの烏骨鶏+薬膳のスープが美味すぎ！！！！
野菜をどんどん入れて鍋スタート。
辛味のたれにネギをしっかり浸して、豚肉自体はゴマダレで。
そこに辛味ネギをのせて食べるともう何とも言えないおいしさです。
最後にちょっと羊もオーダー。
臭みが全くなので羊かどうかがわかんないくらい。
〆は中華麺。
辛いほうのスープでいただきました。
いやーーー、体にいい晩御飯でした。
お代は3人で2万円ちょい。
スタッフさんはきびきび気持ちのいい応対だし、全席個室なのでゆったり食べるにはいいお店です。
