搾りたてならではの発泡感があり、
飲み口が軽快、そして米の上品な甘みと旨みがあるバランスのとれた日本酒です。
フルーティな味わいなので、飲みやすかったです。
◆ブイヤベース風鍋（リコピンボール・北海道十勝産のかみこみ豚・野菜盛り・薬味）
魚介系の出汁をふんだんに使った、
ブイヤベース風鍋です。
魚介系と相性の良いリコピン成分の溶け出したスープを、新鮮食材と一緒にいただきます。
リコピンボールを鍋に煮入れとかします。
残ったスープを使ってシェフ特製のパスタを作ってくださいます。
