今日も仕事終わりにご飯です。
ボスからの急な呼び出し。
緊張の中、普段行き慣れない六本木に
店予約してあるからと呼び出されたここは
美鍋レモンさんへ
店内めちゃくちゃ
綺麗だし大衆気質の自分には緊張のお店。
芸能人がお忍びで来ていそうな個室中心です
ボスいいとこ行きすぎやろ・・・
と心で思いつつ仕事頑張ってるなとお褒めの言葉を頂き気分は最高潮
さて肝心の食事ですがコースでとってくれてました。
前菜3種盛り
鰹のなめろう
棒棒鶏
ネバネバ野菜
どれも美味しくお上品なお味でした。
さてメインのリコピン鍋
これ凄い！！初めて食べましたが女子ウケしそうな
野菜とキノコ魚介と豚
何と言ってもコラーゲンボールならぬ、真っ赤なリコピンボール。
ボス連れてくるの野郎ではなく絶対女性でしょ・・・
毎回女子連れて来てるな笑
と想像しつつ美味しく頂きました。
スープは魚介系の出汁でブイヤベースに近いというかほぼブイヤベースです。
そこにリコピンボール投入でお肌がツヤツヤになるんだとか。
キノコも珍しい種類がぎっしり
あと十勝のかみこみ豚通称霜降り豚が最強に箸を進めてくれます。
ボスは全然箸を進めません。僕は普通にがっつきました笑
最後締めにパスタかリゾットか選べますと言われましたが
鍋は断然ご飯派の僕はリゾットをチョイス
チーズが最高に良かった

トマトのレアチーズケーキ
とハーブティー
美味しゅうございました。
店員さんの料理への情熱や接客もとても素晴らしいですよ！こんな僕にも超絶わかりやすく、フランクに対応してくれました。
話は盛り上がりしばらくボスとの会食が続きそうです
今度は是非デートできます！！
