六本木にあるとりいちずに行ってきました＾＾
ここは居酒屋です。
福岡で有名な水炊き鍋が食べ放題で且つ飲み放題がついている2700円のコースを予約して行ってきました。
メインである水炊き鍋含めて追加用のお肉や野菜、〆のご飯か麺の他に、から揚げやフライドポテト、サラダ、お新香などの小鉢がすべて食べ放題という破格のプランを今回選択しました。
事前予約をしていたので、制限時間である2時間が始まってからすぐに水炊き鍋が運ばれてくるかと思いきや、15分経っても運ばれてこず、30分経ち店員さんに聞いたところ今調理中とのこと。その後45分経っても運ばれてこず、最終的に運ばれてきたのはスタートしてから68分後でした。
お店の看板メニューで一番原価率が高いのは承知しているが、多く食べられるのを避けるため遅く提供しているというのは飲食店としていかがなものかと感じた瞬間でした。
味は居酒屋で提供される中ではレベルが高く、スープだけで十分お酒が楽しめるようなコクがありました。
コースがスタートしてからおつまみをおかずにお酒を飲んでいたため、メインである水炊き鍋が来た時には既にほろ酔い状態でほとんど楽しむことができない状態でした。お店にとっては狙った通りだったかもしれませんが戦略としてはうまいです。あんなに美味しい水炊きだけをお代わりされたらお店が赤字になりますからね…
おつまみに関しては最初にサラダやから揚げ、ポテトフライ、キャベツ味噌が来るのですが、それを食べ終わってから注文可能という鬼畜スタイルでした。
中でもポテトフライに関してはどのタイミングで注文してもカリカリでベストでした。
