六本木、芋洗坂を下って『福よし』へ。建物の２階、バーのような扉を開けて入店。
シックな店内、好きな雰囲気です。
カウンター席に案内され、オーダーします。

10分かからず着膳です。いい感じでしょう？
ハンバーグもステーキもレアな焼き上がり。固形燃料の鉄板で、好きな焼き加減で食べることができます。
♦︎まずは看板メニューのハンバーグ。
柔らか〜い。箸で簡単に切れますよ！
牛100%のお肉は、肉肉しさはないけれど、誰にでも好まれるクセのない美味しさ。
ハンバーグソースとの相性もいいですね。
お次はハラミステーキ。かなりレアなので、軽くひるみますが、レアを食べるなら今のうち、と思い切ります。
あぁ、思い切って良かった〜！
お肉の旨み、柔らかさ、厚み。いいですよ！
ハンバーグソースより醤油感の強いステーキソースとの相性、こちらも抜群です。
火が入ってからも悪くはないですが、ミディアムレアくらいが食べ頃だと思います。
最後はガーリックライス。
ライスを鉄板で焼きながら、卓上のガーリックソルトで味付け。どこぞの番組ではないけれど、思った量の３倍入れても大丈夫。
仕上げにハンバーグソースを回し入れれば、おいしいガーリックライスの完成です。
ホント言うと、そこまで期待していなかったのです。だから、お店の方（マスター？）に
「思っていたより美味しいと、よく言われます」と言われた時、思わず "ドキッ！" 。
