乃木坂のMinatoya 3さん。
東京ミッドタウン近くのMercedes-Benzのショールームに併設された港屋さん。3ってことは3号店？なのでしょうか。独特な個性を放つ港屋さん。メルセデス・ベンツ内にあるというところからしてもそう感じます。港屋さんといえば、ラー油の効いた肉そばというイメージですが、こちらのメニューには焼きそばがあります。メルセデス・ベンツの敷地内でその焼きそばを頂きました。

肉やきそば+そばつゆ仕込みのから揚げ
温泉卵付き
ボリュームたっぷりな焼きそば。
お肉たっぷり。麺はモチモチ。
そばつゆを使ったソースで少し変わった味わいです。
途中から卵をのせて味変して美味しく頂きました。
から揚げも一つのサイズが大きくて、染み込んだそばつゆが美味しいから揚げです。から揚げだけでも満足できる気がします。
Minatoyaさんのテイスト、また楽しく、美味しく頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。
