完成度の高いチキンライス＠麻布台
祝日ランチタイムに初訪問。此方はジョギング中に見つけたシンガポール料理レストラン。外苑東通り沿い（ロシア大使館から徒歩3分程度）に位置。
金土曜スペシャル、スペシャルセットランチ、アラカルトを提供。スペシャルセットランチをオーダー。これが想像以上に美味しく、次回と考えていたチキンライスを急遽追加。
①スペシャルセットランチ（香港チャーシューワンタン乾麺、デザート、ソフトドリンク）：
香ばしさと甘みが特長の歯応えあるチャーシューが秀逸。焼き目が食欲を唆る。このチャーシューをいただいてチキンの美味しさを確信。海老入りワンタンと麺も美味しい。
②海南チキンライス：
スチームチキンのジューシーさに驚いた。これまで現地（有名店、ホーカーセンター等）や都内レストランで様々なチキンライスをいただいたが、間違いなくトップクラス。
大山鶏の低温加熱調理が秘訣のようだ。鶏の出汁で炊き上げた少しかためのライスと鶏のエキスが凝縮したシンプルなスープも美味しい。
完成度の高いチキンライスに大満足。接客も丁寧で好印象。

Agile workingを利用して平日ランチタイムに再訪。
海南チキンライスのみいただく予定だったが、前回印象的だった香港チャーシューワンタン乾麺がスペシャルランチセットで提供されており、結局、両方いただくことにした。
初めにいただいた香港チャーシューワンタン乾麺は、麺に特筆すべき点はないが、前回同様、焦げ目・甘み・エキゾチックな香ばしさのバランスの取れたチャーシューは秀逸。
チキンライスも初回のような感動こそないが、指定農場から仕入れた大山鶏を低温加熱調理したスチームチキンは絶品でジューシー以外に言葉が見つからない。
前回あまり意識しなかったが、鶏の出汁で炊き上げた少しかためのライスは日本米ではなくジャスミンライスとのこと。ライスとチキンの食感のコントラストも楽しめる。
安定したクオリティに大満足。
