不案内な六本木一丁目駅界隈で、
限られた時間、
目に入ったこの中華に迷わず入る。
ランチ難民になりたくないからだ。
アークヒルズ側から地下道を渡り、
上がってすぐのところにある。
中国人オペの店。
おにいさん一人ホールを仕切る。
ひとりだが運よく
アクリル板の立った4人テーブル席に座る。
20年3月オープンの新しい店。
”センフジンカ”と読む。
祖父から三代続く四川料理人
鮑金順（ホウキンジュン）氏がシェフ。
ここのウリはやはり、
麻婆豆腐、
900円で5段階の辛さが選べる。
見てたら真っ赤な色の鉄鍋が出てきてた。
こっちは辛いのには弱いので
辛味の無い
「牛肉と玉子の香味炒め」（950円）
を注文。
蒙古タンメン中本でもそうだが、
辛いのがウリの店で
辛くないのを頼むのは、
塩分がどれくらいかチェックするのにいいのだ。
塩分少なめで辛いのか
塩分も多くて辛いのか。
10分でお膳が届く。
結構な量の牛肉玉子炒め、
ピーマン、タマネギは大き目カット。
普通盛りより多い白ご飯、
ゴマドレキャベツサラダ、
とろみのあるワカメ玉子スープ、
杏仁豆腐。
肉に一箇所硬いスジがあったが
牛肉も玉子もふわふわの仕上がり。
問題なのは
スープも炒め物もかなり塩っぱいこと。
客層が男性率99％、
しかも年齢層高めだったのが
それに関係あるのかは分からないが
ご飯もおかずも多いのでお腹一杯。
ここのウリの麻婆豆腐レビューではないので
少し割引いて読んでね。
950円払って御馳走さま。
