原宿から蕎麦屋を巡りましたが、入れずに断念。それが２軒ほど続き諦めて、四川中華にしようと、なったけど赤坂あたりでこれも断念。再訪よりも未訪。飲めるお店と言う事で粘ってこちら迄流れてきて、勝負と思って入ったのですが、結局ランチメニューのみのお店になっちゃった。
世の中そうそううまくは行かない。
そもそも昼酒があまり浸透してないもんね。
交渉すればあるのかもしれませんが、所詮ランチメニューのみで展開しているお店だから期待はできないと受け入れます。
が、アルコールのメニューもないのでビールにします。じゃ、もう何でもいいや。
麻辣刀削麺にしました。辛さは激辛。その上にもう一つ辛いのがありましたが、さすがに初見なので回避します。
多分大丈夫だと思うのですが、たまに本気で辛いお店もあるので回避です。
辛くて美味しいレベルで食べたいんです。ギャグみたいに辛さを求めているつもりはないのです。
到着。
いただきます・・・辛くない。いや、ぬるい。ぬるすぎ。
辛いもの食べるとぬるいスープでもヒーハーしてしまうことは事実。
とは言え、これは無いな。
そう感じるくらいの温度。麺も一部固いくらい。この温度じゃ待ってもやわらかくならないのでは？
ビールを飲み終わった時点で終了。これは食べ切れなかった。中国式な食事のマナーで終了です。
頼んだ物との相性ですね。ラム肉のクミン炒めとかにすればよかったか？
原宿より流れてきた日。そんなちょっと運の無い日のランチでありました。
