パフェに追いきな粉って面白いと思っていた吉祥菓寮が六本木にあったなんて❣️
今回もしっかり追いきな粉しちゃいました
夏恋の桃色パフェ:
甘く熟したフレッシュな桃のコンポートにラズベリーとヨーグルトのムースがそうになっていて一番下にあるゼリーでさっぱりと味わえる
別添えの桃とスモモのソースで味変出来るのも嬉しい。

こだわりの抹茶と吉祥菓寮の自家焙煎きな粉をふんだんに使ったパフェ
アイスクリームやゼリー 黒豆ムースまではきな粉感強いが旨味の強い特製抹茶アイスは濃厚なので食べ進め方を間違えると抹茶の濃い味だけが口に残ってしまうので上手く追いきな粉を入れながら食べ進めることをお勧めします
