程よい辛さと旨みのバランスが好きです。
シンハービールとカノム・パン・ナーム／海老と豚挽肉のすり身トーストから始まり、
なぜかサラダ類を飛ばして
パッタイ、パッポンカレー、ガパオと
炭水化物だらけに。
でも、野菜や卵も多いので満足。
私、辛いのそんなに得意じゃないので
ガパオは水を片手に持っていただく程、
辛かったです。美味しかったけど。
