It is the restaurant of a Chinese Cuisine restaurant that has been in Shimane for more than 50 years and has expanded to Tokyo, and Ryoji Hayashi, the son of the head chef of the main restaurant, is a skilled restaurant. ■ Menu The dishes can be ordered a la carte as well as courses, which is rare in high-grade Chinese Cuisine restaurants, and one of the reasons for its popularity is that you can order a variety of dishes a la carte. On this day, I ordered a shark fin and seasonal ingredients course (24,750 yen). I made a reservation for this shop that I had been interested in for a long time and visited it for the first time. The à la carte order is popular, but the course seemed to be confident, so I chose the shark fin and seasonal ingredients course. The course is a small amount of authentic Chinese Cuisine, and you can enjoy it without getting bored until the end. What was particularly impressive on this day was the mapo tofu that appeared at the end of the day. Since you can add puffer fish milt as an option, I will ask for additional without hesitation. While the flavor of the minced meat is strong, the aroma of sansho also plays a good role, and it is a dish with a very well-balanced and wonderful taste. The texture of the milt was unbearable, and it was mapo tofu that I wanted to eat again immediately.
