This restaurant is located on the second floor of Izumi Garden Tower. It is quite spacious. I went there for lunch and ordered domestic beef Sukiyaki for 1,430 yen (tax included). It comes with rice, miso soup, Small dish, pickles, and beaten egg. There was a Sukiyaki instruction book on the table. It says to melt beef fat, grill the meat, and add the sauce, but no beef fat was provided and the sauce was served on a single-person hot plate. You can probably imagine the quality of the meat from the photo, but it was quite watery. There was no additional sauce or broth to add when the meat is boiling down, and it boils down as you eat, so I recommend adding all the vegetables from the beginning. Considering the quality of the meat and the price, I think pork might be better if I go there again. By the way, in addition to Sukiyaki, they also serve set meals such as shabu shabu and ginger pork. The service is quick, so it's perfect for lunchtime when you don't have much time. It's also a recommended restaurant when you want to have lunch in a spacious and relaxed place.
