2020年10月30日にオープンしたばかりのBurger Revolution Tokyo六本木店。と言っても西麻布にあった店舗の移設のようだ。
今回はアボカドチーズバーガーをチョイス。
同じアボカドチーズても、黒毛和牛と神戸牛が選べる。当然神戸牛の方が値段は大きく上がる。
ということで黒毛和牛1600円をオーダー。
5分ほどで運ばれてくるとなかなかの迫力の佇まい。肉厚の黒毛和牛パティに溢れるとろけたチーズ。その上にはスライスされたアボカドがたっぷりとサンドされている。齧り付くと溢れ出る肉汁にチーズとクリーミーなアボカドが見事に調和して美味い。そこにスパイスの効いたオリジナルソースが旨味を引き出してくる。
レタスやトマトなどが入っていないのがいい。
純粋に肉の美味さを味わうには余計な野菜は不要だ。
この味はクセになる。
そう、六本木の新たなレボリューション、そんなお店。
