「東京ポップアップ」で鮨佐がわさんで開催されて以来の訪問です。
落ち着いた照明と天井高3.5メートルの高級感あふれる雰囲気は流石六本木！と感じる店内。
2020年5月『鮨 佐がわ』オープン。
夜は会員様100名の会員制鮨店
ランチは一般予約を受付する仕組みとなっています。
口の中に入れた時の舎利の解け方
シャリとネタの温度、香り、一体感、非常にバランスの良い握りの印象です。
素材の旨味を十分に引き出した繊細な握りです。ランチは14貫14,520円
充分満足できるクオリティの高い握りです。
港区1柔らかいと大将が自負している穴子は
前日に三重県で食べた元祖伊勢うどんのお店「ちとせ」で食べたやわうどんの代表格の伊勢うどんより柔らかったのはここだけの話。笑
