味も良ければ雰囲気も良い。
ランチで利用させていただきました。
他の方の記載にもあるようにお取引先との会食で使い易い雰囲気や味です。もちろん同伴前のディナーやアフターでも使えます。
逆に言うとファミリーや仲間内でワイワイ楽しく焼肉食べる感じのお店ではありません。
ランチの焼肉コースは提供内容や味を加味するとコストパフォーマンスが良い内容。
サラダ、ライス、スープはおかわり自由です。
お肉もいわゆる見た目はA4ランクで味もA4ランクに近い味ですが、脂に雑味があったので塩や醤油だと部位によってはお肉とのバランスが悪くなります。
専用のタレとの組み合わせだと問題なく美味しいし、満足度が高いです。
付け合わせもレベルが高く満足度も高レベル。
特にご飯が美味しい。焼肉屋のご飯はあまり期待してないのですが、お米は焼肉に合う品種で、シビアに水加減を見極めて炊飯器の良さを最大限に引き出して炊き上げた事がわかるご飯でした。
可能なら毎週通いたいお店です。
