何段も上の中華
六本木駅から少し歩いて住宅街の中にある中華のお店。1階はカウンターのみでゆったり過ごせます。
ランチは4,400円のショートコースと、小籠包とフカヒレ料理が含まれる6,000円のコースがあり、私は後者。カウンター席の人たちも殆どが6,000円のコースを楽しんでいるようでした。
よだれ鶏風の冷菜、サンラータンスープから、非常に丁寧に調理されていることが伝わります。
その後は点心のオンパレード。
小籠包はトリュフの風味が効いたものが美味しかった！無理に肉汁ジューシーにしすぎておらず、素材がしっかり活きていました。
フカヒレごはんはびっくりするほどフカヒレがたくさん入っておりお得感がありました。
飲み物はホットやアイスの中国茶のほか、グラスワインや紹興酒、白酒、黄酒のバリエーションが豊富です。特にグラスワインはヴァン・ジョーヌ(黄色ワイン)まで揃っててなかなか。
ソムリエさんもおり、お酒好きな方も嬉しいお店です。

少し時間を空けて3回目の訪問です。
ドリンクメニューが刷新され、読みやすくなりました。ランチコースの内容も、これまで揚げ点心があったところが蛤の葱醤油に変わっていました。
今回は、スープ仕立てになった麻辣豆腐が印象的でした！
名前から赤い料理のイメージがありましたが、登場したのは真っ白な豆腐とスープ。
上に山椒とそのオイルがかかっており、最初は滑らかな豆腐と豆乳の味わいですが後から辛さが追いかけてきます。
エビマヨはからりと揚げた大海老に、トリュフ風味のマヨネーズがまとわり、非常に美味しかったです。
毎回仕立ての変わるプリンは、今回は紹興酒。アルコールを飛ばした紹興酒をカラメルに使い、深みのある味わいになっています。
これまで訪問した中(プリン)では一番好きかも！
あれこれ高くなっている中で、この金額でランチコースがいただけるのは物凄い企業努力ですね。
