よだれ鶏は山椒の辛さがちょうど良くて、なおかつ胡麻が食感も良い。味がとても好き。
フカヒレは上海蟹の強すぎない味付けが良いのだが、フカヒレ自体の味には限界があるように感じる。
チンジャオロースは、普段ならチンジャオロースで使わない和牛で贅沢感ある。味付けが濃すぎないので和牛を味わえるし、ピーマンは苦味がないしとても良かった。
トリュフの小籠包は正直トリュフでなくても良い。そもそもトリュフって主役で食うものではなくアクセントとして使うものっていうイメージだから、味強すぎてあまり好きではなかった。
海老のチリソースは想像より辛い。後に続く辛さではなく一時的な辛さ。挟むパンは甘めで辛いチリソースと相性が良い。
逆に担々麺は赤くて辛そうに見えるが辛くないヨ。
エッグタルトの生地がとても美味しい。サクサクなのにかたさがないというかほろほろ。
サツマイモプリンはもはやプリンではないほど濃厚な味がする。
個室だったからゆっくりできたし、広くて落ち着く空間だった。
