西麻布の住宅街の、見落としそうな一軒家がそのお店。「笄」のロゴは西麻布の旧地名「笄町」からでしょう。我が家は４人予約だったので、エントランスを通って2階の個室に案内されましたが１階のカウンターだと少し安いようです。
コースはとにかく小ポーションがこれでもかと多皿で出てきて気分が上がります。
ホタテのカラスミでおおっと引き込まれ、卵のスープで実力を知る（めっちゃ旨みが強い！）
点心に関しては少し「？」と思うレベルですが、黒トリュフ小籠包は旬でもあり香りが強くて良かったです。
酢豚は黒酢でトレンドは抑えている感じ。フカヒレは（厚みがなく一級品ではないけれど）トンデモない量が出てきて大満足。ダメ押しの坦々麺で満腹に。
パンナコッタ（紹興酒プリン）はもうお腹いっぱいで覚えていません…。
むかしは港区ランチでも、五千円強でこういう満足感が得られたもの。
近年、インバウンドとそれに伴うランチ高騰で、ばったり忘れていた充足感を得られた昼でした。
点心を期待して行ったので「ヤウメイに一歩も二歩も及んでいない」とは感じましたが、半額以下でフカヒレまで付いているのだから文句はありません。ちなみに、人気店なので予約はお早めに。
