六本木ヒルズから西麻布方面へ、ギラギラした通りから一歩住宅地側に入って歩くと雰囲気は一変する。閑静な高級住宅街を2分ほど歩く（といってもヒルズの麓という感じだが）とこちらのお店に到着。
なにやらお家を改装したらしい。その建物が立方体のような形だったので、Cubeというのが店名にも入っているらしい。
週末の昼、4人で利用。ランチでお得なコースでしたが、味も雰囲気も、スタッフの方の愛想なども全て満足でした。
全品おいしく、辛い料理とあっさりした味付けの蛤など、バランスもよく、飽きないコースでした。この値段でフカヒレも惜しげもなく使ってくれていました。
夜はもっと食材も変わるはずなので一回行ってみたいです。
