場所は西麻布の閑静な住宅街にありとても迷いました。
一階席はカウンター、二階席は個室の模様。
今回はカウンター席の16500円コースにしました。
・野菜のアミューズ
・渡り蟹のスパイシーソース
・鶏の山椒風味
・蒸しスープ餃子
・和牛のチンジャオロース
・海老の砂金仕立て
・蒸し茄子のガーリックソース
・イサキの麻辣ソースがけ
・トマト小籠包
・リゾット炒飯
・冷やし担々麺
・ミルクアイス
以上がコース内容でした。
どれも美味で一癖も二癖もある深い味わいです
特筆は和牛チンジャオロース
これは面白い、和牛の上にチンジャオロース味のピーマンが乗った見た目も新しいチンジャオロース！
これは美味しい！
あとトマト小籠包も抜群に美味しかったです。
スタッフの中にソムリエさんもおり
ワインリストも種類豊富。
玄人好みの中華レストランですね。
また献立が変わったら行きたいお店のひとつ
